Terms of service

- The service
- aso.best measures App Store search phrases for apps you choose, using Apple's public store and Apple Search Ads data. Numbers are reported as Apple returns them and can change without notice. Reports are research input, not a guarantee of rankings or downloads.
- Plans and payment
- The Free plan is limited as shown on the pricing section. Pro is billed by Stripe monthly or yearly in advance and renews until cancelled; cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund.
- Fair use
- One account per person; do not share sign-in codes, scrape the site, or resell reports as a data feed. We may throttle or suspend accounts that endanger the service or our access to Apple's endpoints.
- Liability
- The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Apple and Google are not affiliated with aso.best.
- Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email before they apply. Questions: [email protected]. Slovenian law applies.
