One phrase is a keyword. A phrase and the queries Apple puts beside it is a niche. We read all of their first pages together and answer three things: who owns them, how tightly, and whether a new app with a clean listing can get in.

Who owns it
Every app in the top ten of every phrase, with how many top-ten slots it holds and its best position. The leader's share of all slots is the dominance.
How hard
The median first-page difficulty across the set, from rating counts on a log scale, and how many small apps (under 1,000 ratings) already sit in a top ten.
The verdict
Open: small first pages, no owner. Contested: reachable with ratings, avoid the leader's phrases. Locked: giants; go for the long tail beside them.
